Dune Tootin' is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium located on the 4th floor of Building 1 in the St. Regis Resort in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. (Scroll down for photos, click to enlarge)

St Regis Resort in North Topsail Beach is the island's largest resort, featuring three multi-storied buildings and the following key resort amenities:

​Dune Tootin' is located in building number 1, the southern most building (the last building on the right as you enter the driveway, and are facing the ocean). 

​

After you have parked, you can find valet carts in the building lobby to transport your belongings. Make your way to one of 2 elevators: there is an outdoor elevator on the north side of the building (if you are facing the building/ocean from the parking lot, it is on your left) that will deliver you right outside your front door. Dune Tootin' is located on the 4th floor, directly outside of the elevator.  The living area includes a 65" television, a sofa (NOT a sleeper sofa), and two reclining chairs. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, standard oven and microwave oven. You will also find fully stocked dishes and glassware for your group, an array of pots and pans, cooking utensils, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker. There is a laundry closet with stacked full size washer and dryer, as well as a generous size pantry for your tasty treats! The balcony includes cozy seating for 3-4 where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening thirst quencher while taking in the sweeping views of the Atlantic.

The bedrooms (split on either side of the unit) consist of:

• Guest Room: 2 twin beds (bunk) and a queen bed, cable television, balcony access, and oceanfront views. The 3/4 bathroom (shower/no tub) is just outside the bedroom

• Primary Room: 1 king bed with an ensuite full bath (shower and tub combination), cable television, balcony access and oceanfront views.
