House Rules & FAQ's

The elevator is intended to assist those with mobility issues and to transport bulky items from the ground level to the main level only. The main level bath and hallway are wheelchair accessible.

​

Wireless Internet service is provided. The living and bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions (ready for guests to log-in to personal accounts). Dune Our Thing also provides a wireless printer /scanner and Google Nest Hub (music and internet search capability) for guest use. 

​

Fully stocked kitchen with an array of pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockpot, coffee maker (Keurig and standard), toaster, blender, air fryer, standard oven, microwave oven and refrigerator with ice maker.

The hot tub is serviced twice per week, which means you will likely see a technician on the deck at some point during your stay. Coming October 2, 2021 - NEW hot tub. There is an oceanfront community pool.

​

The outdoor closet on the ground level, near the outdoor shower, contains beach chairs and toys for guest use. There is also a grill; however, we rely on guests to clean and restock propane.

​

​

Pass The Salt is a direct oceanfront property with unobstructed views of the Atlantic and the Seaview Pier. Shell, shark teeth, and seaglass hunting is a favorite passtime, as well as dolphin watching.

No keys to worry about! There is a keypad entry, which is set up to automatically lock for you every evening. Codes are reset for each new guest, and provided on the day of arrival.

​

There is parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles - two covered spaces, 2 uncovered spaces.

​
